Land Yachting
Greatstone beach, on the south east coast of Romney Marsh, is one of the finest land yachting sites in the UK, with a long, wide stretch of beautiful flat sand that gives you all the space you need.
Land yachting, also known as sand yachting or land sailing, is the ideal combination of sailing and motor racing, using the power of the wind to accelerate to speeds of up to 40 mph in a 'yacht on wheels'.
