Cinque Ports Arms
A cosy and friendly welcoming 18th century or earlier public house located at the south end of New Romney High Street, probably built on the foundations of an earlier building with a wealth of oak beams. The building of whitewashed brickwork, deep-pitched roof and rooms with low, beamed ceilings, has changed little for over 100 years. Grade II listed.
Recently sympathetically refurbished in a retro style and opening up additional rooms for family use. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the bar area. The pub serves 5 changing ales, with usually some from Kent brewers.
In winter enjoy the cosy open log fire and in summer the large beer garden and patio area at the rear of the pub and holds regular live music events.
